REYMOSA S.A., was founded in 1987 and since its inception was mainly dedicated to the manufacture of spare parts for flotation cells for the mining industry, in natural rubber and neoprene. He also ventured into antacid coatings for industrial chemical processes, working mainly in this field with various materials such as nitrile, neoprene, EDPM, Hypalon and ebonite.
Two years later and always in its eagerness to look for new lines and markets, always staying at the forefront with technological advances, ventures into the development of the line of spare parts in natural rubber for pulp pumps of mineral, forced use in plants concentrators for the mining and metallurgical processes. At the end of 1994, REYMOSA S.A. It ventures into the manufacture of POLYURETHANE products, material that due to its excellent technical properties replaces rubber in many applications.
Thanks to the advanced technology it uses, its excellent quality and the guarantee it offers its customers for the performance of the parts it manufactures, REYMOSA S.A. has managed to capture important part of the market, both the RUBBER and POLYURETHANE, manufacturing various parts and elements in the different brands of pumps and flotation cells for the Mining Sector.
Also, incursiono in the coating of pipes with rigid polyurethane by the centrifugation system, being able to make internal coatings to metal pipes of different diameters and lengths, with different thicknesses of polyurethane.
REYMOSA S.A., has equipment and personnel specialized in the coating of metal surfaces with polyurethane paint for anti-abrasion and anticorrosive protection, so that the work can be done where the client requires it.
In addition to the Mining Sector, REYMOSA S.A. It also serves other sectors, such as the Fishing (Fishing Reels and Sorting Meshes), Textile, Wood, Paper (Roller Coatings), Construction (Bases for Bridges, etc.). REYMOSA SA, has a team of engineers and Technical Staff qualified and with extensive experience who, in addition to meeting the requirements of customers, help them to provide creative solutions to the technical problems that are presented.
The industrial plant of REYMOSA S.A. It has hydraulic presses vulcanization of various dimensions, where you can process parts of various weights, (open mills, bambury, calender, as well as autoclaves of various sizes, etc.) Furnaces for the curing of polyurethane, vacuum pumps and various equipment that contribute to obtain the excellent quality that it offers its clients.
